Marketing Officer

Marketing Officers are responsible for overseeing the internal and external marketing campaigns of a company. They help create and distribute marketing strategies and campaigns for their employer to maximize profits through the development of sales strategies that match consumer Recruitments as well as promote services, products and ideas. Marketing officers, thus, identify products and markets, suggest sales strategies and approaches, and measure the results of all the efforts.

Marketing officers typically work directly under a leading role such as Marketing Manager or Director but may also manage a Marketing Coordinator or Assistant. Generally, their roles revolve around risk mitigation, creating a brand image, managing marketing expenses, funding, and company expansion.

Use research conclusions and analysis to determine the overall direction on upcoming marketing projects, new services or products and the overall strategy.
